We joined MWP late in the season, but right off the bat I was so impressed with the communication and organization. The emphasis on including families and the culture of positivity, teamwork and hard work (no excuses - find a way!) are things that I suspect are fairly uncommon in club sports. I have never played lacrosse, but I'm certain these coaches are among the best of the best, with so much experience and love of the game to pass on. My son was in heaven all weekend... at the end of the day Friday, he said "mom, today was so fun!" -- and that was before the tournament even started! He's already talked about two things he learned to do better over the weekend, and I'm sure there are more. The zoom calls, playbook, training camp and tournament have been great opportunities to learn and work hard, and we are grateful and hope to have more of the same with MWP.

Mountain West Prime is truly the top of the top!! The level of organization and communication is far superior to anything we have ever experienced. The training camp was well organized and it ran very efficiently and effectively with the participants being involved and activity engaged at all times. The coaching was impressive making each player feel important, wanted and needed. The coaches were always optimistic and positive on the sidelines at all times encouraging and helping the boys. Everyone, from players to coaches to parents, had great energy. It was incredible!! Overall we have nothing but absolute praises to sing about our Mountain West Prime experience. Kudos to Will and Adam and all the rest of the talented and amazing coaching staff of Mountain West Prime!!

Organization and enthusiasm from the Coaches was superb, their dedication and inspiration to the kids was special. The program has a mission and values that no other club that we've experienced has, dedication to the development of athletes and young men. The kids in the team were great teammates, the families dedicated to supporting the development and growth of the program. MWP is off to a great start! 

My son has really enjoyed his time with Prime. Not only has he grown his skills as a lacrosse player surrounded by the best competition and coaching in the area but we've watched him grow in other important ways. We love the emphasis Prime puts on overcoming obstacles, rebounding, leadership and modeling a healthy approach to youth sports. 

The coaching and training sessions prior to the Sandstorm tournament exceeded our expectations along with many parents I had spoken with. Many parents who live out of State who had sons participating in MWP from either the East Coast or part of the Mountain West Region had never had this type of positive experience before. The tournament venue was fantastic along with the MWP player-coach teaching opportunity., I wish we could have made more of the tryout-camp MWP opportunities that were offered. All the training opportunities were well worth it.

Mountain West Prime has brought together the best coaching staff of any program. They aren't just awesome players, but they actually develop the players. My son has participated in several programs over the years. He frequently tells us that he learns more from MWP coaches than any other coaches he's had. 

Adam Ghitelman, Will Manny and the coaching staff at MWP are first class all around. My son came home and talked about his experience for days. The zoom meeting film work, offensive drills, and over all coaching was 1st class. The coaches are like professors- they teach lacrosse. 

The level of coaching and genuine intent for the program and the athletes involved was a refreshing change from other club experiences we have had. The 2 day instructional camp prior to the tournament was also a plus. All coaches involved are clearly excited to further the program.

Our son played on the 2028 team and he had a wonderful experience! In addition to having fun competing, he also feels as though he learned a lot from the coaches during the practices and during the games. As parents, we have been very impressed with the communication and with the enthusiasm from the coaches. Everything about Mountain West Prime has been excellent and we’re very excited to see to be a part of this club and see where it goes in the future!
